Preambule

The booking service www.airpark-roissy.fr, managed by the company AIRPARK-ROISSY allows the rental of parking to customers.

Definitions of terms

Customer : Anyone who has reserved a parking through the site www.airpark-roissy.fr.
User : Any user accessing the site www.airpark-roissy.fr.
The platform : Refers to the website www.airpark-roissy.fr in its role of booking registration.

Article 1: Scope of General Sales and Use Agreements

The present conditions apply in any contractual relation concluded online via the site www.Airpark-roissy.fr and to any user within the framework of the commercial offers proposed on the site www.airpark-roissy.fr.

Article 2: Access to the parking reservation service

2.1 The reservation is made online, on the site www.airpark-roissy.fr. It is open to any physical or moral person, professional or particular.

2.2 Any user wishing to access the parking reservation service of www.airpark-roissy.fr must register by means of a computer entry on the site www.airpark-roissy.fr in the "Booking" section.

2.3 At the end of the booking procedure, the user will receive a confirmation email containing the essential elements of the booking.

2.4 The customer requests the immediate execution of the service and acknowledges waiving their right of withdrawal.

Article 3: Parking reservation

3.1 The user at the faculty to subscribe to the booking offers of www.airpark-roissy.fr All offers offered by www.airpark-roissy.fr is subject to this agreement.

3.2 The contractual information of the various offers is presented in French and will be confirmed at the time of the online subscription procedure. www.airpark-roissy.fr reserves the right to cancel any reservation of a user in case of non-compliance, concerning this reservation, without it being able to claim any compensation for any reason whatsoever.

3.3 The validation by the Customer of his reservation implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions fully and without reservation. The data recorded by AIRPARK-ROISSY on the website www.Airpark-roissy.fr constitute the proof of all information passed between AIRPARK-ROISSY and its customers.

3.4 The Customer receives by email the confirmation of his booking with the appointment time at the car park and the access route to the car park.

3.5 Airpark can not be held responsible in case of non-compliance with the appointment time set in the confirmation email.

Article 4: Price and payment procedure

4.1 The prices of the various services are expressed in euros and calculated inclusive of VAT.

4.2 www.airpark-roissy.fr reserves the right to change prices at any time (these changes will of course not apply to bookings already registered). The products are always invoiced on the basis of the rates in force at the time of registration of the subscription to one of the offers or services.

4.3 The payment of any subscription to any of the services offered by www.airpark-roissy.fr is made the day of your reservation on the internet by secure payment.

4.4 The "SOLO" offer for which a discount of 20% is applied to the owner of the vehicle provided that it deposits and recovers only his vehicle (without the passengers), In case of non-compliance with the conditions a supplement of 20 € VAT per passenger will be charged when depositing the vehicle.

4.5 The extra day is charged €20 including all taxes after midnight (00:00).

4.6 All additional passengers excluding reservation are charged 20 € all taxes included

4.7 The prices indicated on www.airpark-roissy.fr are calculated on the basis of a passenger vehicle (city car, sedan). For any oversized vehicle (Minibus, Van, Pick up, ..) an additional 50% of the price will be applied. 

Article 5: The validity period of the offers

All the offers of services emanating from the www.airpark-roissy.fr platform, including the offers of parking reservations are valid only during their actual presence on the site www.airpark-roissy.fr. In the event that a limited time offer is put in place, the latter will expressly specify its period of validity.

Article 6: The responsibility of www.airpark-roissy.fr

6.1 AIRPARK-ROISSY will be exempt from all liability for damages that may occur during the performance, as well as any liability relating to theft of personal effects, impacts, scratches that may occur during the performance. Airpark Roissy does not keep the keys of the car.

6.2 AIRPARK-ROISSY remains responsible for any damage of any nature, caused to the customer during his transfer to the airport. For this purpose he has taken out civil liability insurance with AXA.

Article 7: The obligations of www.airpark-roissy.fr and cancellation insurance

7.1.1 www.airpark-roissy.fr undertakes to use all the means at its disposal to guarantee to its customers access to the service within the limits of article 15.

7.1.2 An exceptionally free cancellation insurance (for any reservation made before 31/12/2022) is put in place so that the customer can be reimbursed in full for the price of the service and without having to justify the reasons for the cancellation.

However, this insurance will not apply to the extent that the service has been partially used. Also, the customer will not be able to ask for a refund in case of change of the return time or in case of early return

7.2 The platform www.airpark-roissy.fr reserves the right to refuse any reservation without having to justify to the customer the reasons for the said refusal.

Article 8: Obligations borne by the customer

8.1 The latter is subject to the obligation to pay the price under the conditions described in article 5. Any breach of this obligation entails in fact the cancellation of the reservation as of right.

8.2 Anyone using the service provided by www.airpark-roissy.fr must do so in accordance with national and Community legislation.

Article 9: Interruption of service

Due to the technical and global nature of the Internet, www.airpark-roissy.fr can not guarantee the user of any interruption of the service, whether of his own or that of one of the technical service providers. The user can not further engage the responsibility of www.Airpark-roissy.fr when the stoppage of the service results from a technical failure, from a maintenance or update operation, from a technical breakdown or from 'a case of force majeure as provided for and defined in Article 16. www.airpark-roissy.fr undertakes however to put all means at his disposal to limit this interruption.

Article 10: Copyright and Intellectual Property

10.1 All the texts, comments, works, illustrations and images, architecture of the site and database reproduced on the sites www.airpark-roissy.fr are reserved under the copyright as well as under the title of the intellectual property. Article 12: Applicable law

The terms and conditions, all acts and transactions hereunder and the rights and obligations of the parties hereto shall be governed by and construed in accordance with French law.

Article 13: The territorially competent jurisdiction

For any dispute or dispute that may arise regarding training, interpretation, acceptance or execution of this contract, only the courts of the company's registered office will be competent.

Article 14: Autonomy of the clauses of the contract

In the event that one of the provisions of the general conditions would be considered inapplicable under the law in force, the parties agree to renegotiate it in good faith in order to preserve the economic position they enjoy as close as possible to that mentioned under the provision rendered inapplicable. If they fail to replace this provision in a mutually acceptable and applicable manner, this provision will be excluded from the general conditions, the rest of the terms and conditions will be interpreted as if said provision was excluded, the rest of the terms and conditions will apply in accordance with the terms of this latest.

Article 15: Force majeure

Force majeure will be understood here as any external and unpredictable event. It also includes acts of civil or military authorities, fires, natural disasters, floods, eruptions, volcanic, snow, earthquakes, riots, wars, acts of sabotage, network failures, electronic file coding errors, software limitations or incapacitation. to obtain telecommunications services or government measures. Neither www.airpark-roissy.fr nor any third party involved in the provision of the service will be held responsible in case of failure or delay in the performance of their obligations under the general conditions, resulting from causes beyond their control as previously defined, provided, however, that the parties concerned take all reasonable steps to mitigate the effects of those situations.

Article 16: Collection of personal data

The collection of this information by the company AIRPARK-ROISSY is done in accordance with the provisions of the law and computer freedom of 1978. The customer agrees that this information be used by www.airpark-roissy.fr in the context of its activity to build a client file. Unless expressly authorized by the person concerned during the seizure, www.airpark-roissy.fr undertakes not to transmit this information. In accordance with articles 39 and following of the law n ° 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to data processing, files and freedoms, any person can obtain communication and, if necessary, rectification or suppression of the information concerning it.
