For how long can I park my car?
Our rates are among the cheapest in the CDG area. You can rent a space for a day or a month! Find out more about our long stay rates.

What types of vehicles are accepted?
Our parking spaces are intended for a wide range of vehicles: city, saloon, compact, monospace, SUVs, convertible cars…but also scooter, and large vehicles (+ 50 %).
However, our spaces are not designed for caravans or minibuses.

Frequency of our shuttle buses?
Our shuttle buses leave 24/7, even on public holidays. The pick up time will be confirmed to you, according to your flight schedule . The shuttle bus will leave 10 minutes after.

Is the shuttle included in the price?
Yes, the shuttle is included in your fixed rate. We would like to bring your attention to the fact that for safety reasons, young children will be seated in a child-seat. Your child counts as a passenger. You should advise us when you book your seat.

I don’t know my flight times yet
Even if you do not know your departure and / or arrival times, you can send them to us in due course:
- by logging into your account and going to "my orders".
- by going to the dedicated page (if you do not have an account): update my reservation.
However, you must inform us at least 12 hours before your departure or arrival time.

May I cancel my reservation?
Yes. You must have previously taken out cancellation insurance when ordering. Insurance is exceptionally free for any reservation made before 12/31/21. It allows you to cancel your reservation.
