The RER B is part of the SNCF transilien network, which with the RATP network serve the Ile-De-France suburb, express transfers.
The RER B crosses the Parisian agglomeration from Southwest to Northest. To get to Roissy from Paris, we recommend you take the RER B. It can drop you directly in front of the terminal 1,2, or 3.
You can reach the RER B in Paris from the following metro stations : Cité-Universitaire, Denfert-Rochereau, Port Royal, Luxembourg, Saint-Michel-Notre-Dame, Châtelet-Les-Halles or also the Gare du Nord station.
The RER B travels all year long. The waiting time between two RER is between 6 and 15 minutes. It travels from approximately 5 am to
midnight. Consult the timetables on the RATP website.
The Charles de Gaulle Airport is located in area 5 of the network. The ticket to go to Roissy-CDG from Paris currently costs 10,30€ (rates for 2018) and 7 € for 4 to 9 year-old children.
If you have a Navigo pass or a Paris tourist pass (areas 1 to 5), you can use it without any additional fees.
Be careful :
The RER B line has several possible terminals: please insure that you take the line which stops at the CDG 2-TGV airport.
